Press the\u00a0<strong>\u201cClick for Live Updates\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button at the top of the CRRN website for current updates on confirmed ICE reporting in Colorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attorney General Federal Agent Misconduct Reporting Tool<\/strong>:<br>Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser has launched a new online tool to help Coloradans report alleged misconduct by federal officers. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/complaints.coag.gov\/s\/?varCFT=7\" target=\"_blank\">The platform<\/a> facilitates the filing of complaints and enables the Attorney General\u2019s office to track concerns and patterns. Each report will be reviewed, though submitting one does not guarantee an investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Know Your Rights: What to Do If You Are Approached by ICE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are confronted by ICE agents or individuals claiming to be representatives of immigration enforcement, it is essential to know your rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Stay calm, don&#8217;t panic, and remember the protections you have<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>DO NOT OPEN YOUR DOOR WITHOUT A WARRANT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If ICE knocks on your door, ask if they have a warrant <strong>before<\/strong> opening the door\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If ICE agents say they have a warrant, ask for it to be slid under the door or held up to a window for your examination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ICE and other members of law enforcement <strong>cannot<\/strong> enter your home without a <strong>judicial warrant which has been signed by a judge<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ICE agents may attempt to show an <strong>administrative warrant<\/strong> (a warrant issued by ICE with no signature by a judge), you <strong>do not <\/strong>have to let ICE in with this kind of warrant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coloradorapidresponsenetwork.com\/identifying-a-warrant\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.coloradorapidresponsenetwork.com\/identifying-a-warrant\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>&#8220;Identifying a Warrant&#8221;
